THE JOB
• As a quality customer service agent you will have to make sure that you are answering as good as possible to the customers’ needs / questions concerning the car renting / leasing.
• You will have to take care of the whole reservation process: providing information to the customer, making the renting contract, taking care of the administration part.
• You will be in contact with national and international clients.


WORKING HOURS
• Monday to Sunday (by shifts)
• 7am to 12pm (by shifts)

Requisitos:

• Native German / Good Level of English
• Previous experience in Administration, Hostels, and/or Tourism
• Driving License (B).
• Dynamism, good presentation, and motivation.

Condiciones económicas:

• Inmediate incorporation
• Long term contract
• Company’s Transportation
• Work stability

• 1280 € gross per month (14 payments) + bonus
