•As a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST you will have to be able to work in a constantly changing environment by supporting customer service inquiries/ needs via email and phone regarding services, information.
•As a member of the Customer Service team you will have to show great communication skills, patience, abilities to provide appropriate solutions and organisational qualities.
•You will have to maintain a positive attitude, and must provide excellent customer services even when multi-tasking.

Requisitos:

•Native Dutch
•Fluent in French, German and English
•Previous high volume data entry experiences.
•Knowledge of windows based packages.
•Attention to detail, motivated and with a good presentation.
•SAP working knowledge is a plus.

Condiciones económicas:

•Long term contract.
•One month's probation period.
•23 days holidays.
•2.000 Euros/year - Food Allowance
•30% extra paid for working nights
25.000€ to 27.000€ gross per year
