THE JOB
• Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone
• Respond to incoming email and email
• Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment.

Incident Management - 90%
Knowledge Management – 5 %
Training and dEvelopment – 5%
The training
• 1 week training Product Theory
• 1 week training IT applications practical
• You are paid during the complete training period
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 09 -18.
Requisitos:
• Native Danish / Good Level of English
• Knowledge of MS office
• Good listening and communication skills
• Experience in customer care is an advantage
Condiciones económicas:
• Inmediate incorporation
• Long term contract
• FREE languages courses in Spanish / Catalan
• Paid training over a period of 3 weeks
• Base salary: 14.584 € / gross / Year
• After 4 months: performance bonus 140€/gross/month upon evaluation
• After 6 months: performance bonus 500€/gross/year upon evaluation
• After 12 months: performance bonus 500€/gross/year upon evaluation
