RUSSIAN IT HELPDESK AGENT

Catalunya - Barcelona

• Maintain client relationships through IT & Product support over the phone.
• Respond to incoming faxes and email
• Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment.

The training
• 1 week training Product Theory
• 1 week training IT applications practical
• You are paid during the complete training period

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 6h-14h30.

Requisitos:

• Native Russian + Good Level of English
• Good IT notions
• Knowledge of MS office
• Good listening and communication skills
• Experience in customer service is an advantage

Condiciones económicas:

• Immediate incorporation

• Paid training over a period of 3 weeks
