Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy market strategies to meet volume and profitability objectives of the business.

Identification of market trends and drivers and development of marketing plans for target markets products.

Commercial leadership of European Marketing plan across the region.

Maintain contacts and relationships with key stakeholders in the tourism industry.

Profile

Business Administration. Postgraduate or MBA.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and team management, preferably in the tourism sector.

Experience in project management , working in cross-functional, cross-regional teams.

Excellent communication interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-functional, multi-national matrix environment.

Excellent English and Spanish skills, both oral and written
