Program Manager with French. Automotive Sector

Ubicación:

Tanger

Organización

An important French multinational company from the automotive industry that is now expanding to Tanger.

Empleo

As a Program Manager, you will be reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for the control, implementation and execution of the company projects, internal departments and suppliers.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Coordinating program activities with different internal departments and working teams (Production, Quality, Logistics, etc), OEM client and suppliers.

- Ensuring program KPIs:quality, equipment cycle time, costs, timings, etc

- Maintaining and updating Master Timeline on the program; APQP open issues list and status matrix for assembly and components.

- Suggesting and implementing ad hoc continuous improvements and cost reduction projects.

- Reporting to General Manager and Headquarters.

Requisitos

Experience required:
- Mandatory previous relevant experience as program/product/launch manager within the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry in Tanger is a must
- Automotive product components knowledge

Specific knowledge:
- PC literacy (word, excel, powerpoint, access, etc)
- OEM's management tools.
- General automotive inicators: FMEA, APQP, PAP, etc.

Soft skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Team player
- A result driven problem solver
- Able to work with full autonomy, responsibility and professionalism

Language skills:
Fluent level of French will be a must.
Fluent level in English and Spanish are mandatory.
