Specialized on large turnkey industrial projects, the company also provides engineering, management, start-up and operating services for industrial plants.

Empleo
As a Project Director you will have the overall project authority and responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
-Implementation of the strategy in terms of technology, schedule, target cost, engineering, procurement, subcontracting, construction and pre-commissioning / commissioning and start-up assistance.
-Control of all factors, which affect the quality, the schedule and the project cost.
-Preparation of the project objectives, policies and strategies, the coordination procedure among Company and the project operation centres.
-Issuing the monthly progress reports to Company regarding the current project status,
-Provision of the necessary office accommodation and working atmosphere to Client’s representative.
-Monitoring the project execution in the shortest possible time and at reasonable cost while maintaining the quality required by the Contract.
-Issuing of the 90 days front end project schedule.
-Clear definition of the extent and the nature of the services, which are required by the Contract.
-Establishment of the budget, project schedule, job specifications, and coordination procedures to be applied to the project.
-Coordination and supervision of all contacts with suppliers, subcontractors, inspection agencies, insurance companies, local authorities.

Requisitos
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-BSc in Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
Experience
-More than 20 years of relevant working experience in oil, gas, chemical and petrochemical industry.
-Relevant Experience in EPC LSTK Petrochemical or Refinery projects developed on EPC Main Contractor side, with a budget of 300million USD.
-Experience of two such projects, at least one of those as the overall responsibility holder.
-Experience in all Project phases: engineering, purchasing and construction
Skills
-Excellent English language skills.
-Spanish language skills will be an advantage.
-Commercial, legal, financial, and administrative skills are essential.
Soft skills
-Leadership and Communication skills.
Others
-Willingness to travel. Candidates shall be ready to perform part of the work in other countries as required (worldwide mobility applies to both short and long term assignments 1-2 years).
