It has been around for 9 years, they are over 100 people, from 19 different nationalities, average age is 29 and churn rate is below 1%. We are looking for a Localisation Specialist with native level of English , for Trovit's localisation team. You're not only passionate about languages and cultures, but also about giving their users a native experience across all platforms. You’re an enforcer of quality and excellence of content in your language.
This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in the online space. You would be working in a multicultural team with international users and doing crossfunctional collaborations with all the departments in Trovit.
What you will do:
-Serve as local hands-on country expert. Identify and address regional localization concerns
-Proactively pursue excellence in translation quality and consistency across all platforms in english language
-Provide friendly and efficient customer support via email to Trovit users in England and around the world (English speaking countries)
-Troubleshoot user issues and escalate issues / feedback to product teams appropriately
-Work closely with the Localisation and Content Quality team
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-English Native. Fluent level of Spanish will be a plus.
-General knowledge of Internet and online business. Advanced Internet user
-Copywriting creative mind and SEO notions
-Excellent writing and communication skills in English
-Time management skills, ability to multitask and highly organized
-Passion for translations and languages
-Preferably currently studying translation, philology, journalism or a similar major (internship)
