As a Sales Trainer with French you will be responsible for supporting the sales managers to constantly improve their teams’ knowledge and ability to sell their products.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Modifying, delivering, and maintaining all training materials
-Training sessions focus on product, process, tools, and sales skills
-Manage and coordinate training and content to ensure consistency, quality, accessibility and effectiveness of training programs delivery
-Lead efforts for training planning and administration associated with new product releases in coordination with product marketing and customer service
-Support/collaborate on product launches for other regions within the EU
-Responsible for learning and understanding the products, processes, systems, policies and sales skills for which training will be created
-Deliver and implement key global training content or curriculum as needed
-Partner with sales leadership to define training needs, identify qualified partners and other innovative methods
-Support Quality Assurance initiatives to evaluate adherence to a global sales process
-Lead training delivery and quality enhancement projects to improve Sales effectiveness and productivity
-Administer new hire sales training needs and instructors with sales managers using global template for new hire program.

We are looking for a candidate that meets the following criteria:

Education

-Bachelor’s Degree
-Fluent in French in addition to English (Spoken and written)
-Fluent in Spanish desirable

Experience

-Between 3-5 years of experience in training
-Experience in training sales people and working for a sales organization is a strong plus
-Experience with product, sales skills, and sales process training development and delivery experience in project planning and coordination
-Experience with training analysis and assessment; developing methods to measure training effectiveness and continuous improvement of the training process

Technical skills

-Knowledge of sales learning and coaching principles
-High standards of computer literacy and keyboarding skills
-Experience with business support software applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

-Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing products, deadlines, and requirements.
