Our client is an European leader in digital marketing solutions of for small businesses across the globe. Our client has 6 offices around the globe by building their websites, launching their paid search campaigns and creating power content.

As a Contact Center Agent, you will be using managing Customer contact actively and pro-actively handling questions and requests via inbound and outbound calls and emails

Your main responsibilities are:

- Scheduling Mostly outbound calls
- Calling clients based on website orders submitted via CRM system by the Sales Representatives
- To schedule appointments with clients for creating new websites
- Escalating orders via email
- Outbound calls based on list coming from the system for existing customers websites
- Informing the customers’ their website has been migrated to the new platform
- Making small changes based on the customer’s request or to assign major changes to the Web Designers via CRM system
- Changes only related to migrated websites, not new websites

- Inbound calls (20-60 minutes duration per call) of customers who would like to revise their website and need changes
- More complex changes are escalated to Web Designers
- To treat and do a follow-up on orders escalated via mails or via CRM with info sent by sales representatives or customers:

- Consultation call
- Outbound calls via scheduled appointments
- Outcome of this call is for the agent to fill a briefing form for Designers and copywriters

- Approval call
- At least 24h before the call takes place, the clients receive the link to see a website preview
- Checking if there are changes the client wants to make

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

- Proficiency Level of Italian;
- Excellent level of English;
-Strong interest in web, mobile and social Media
- Customer oriented;
- Result oriented.
