Our client operates a call centre and provides customer service and telemarketing solutions to multinational companies. The company offers an international environment with possibilities of growth. They are currently hiring customer service agents to work with motorization and technology.

As a Customer Service Specialist your main responsibilities will be:
-Provide high level of customer service through emails and text communication
-Develop understanding of the service (Via)
-Prioritize operational issues to provide high level of customer service
-Provide exceptional customer care
- Have a previous experience in customer-facing business

-You have a high or native level of Dutch (reading, writing and speaking)
-You're a natural team player and multitask person - we believe in supporting and developing our people, and we want you to grow with us and help us to grow our business
-Native or very high level of English (both written and spoken)
-Someone who loves to give and receive fantastic customer service - we want you to treat every call or email as an opportunity to delight our customers
-Good keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office
-Strong administrative skills and proactive approach to problem solving
