As a Supervisor, you will provide service leadership through alignment of production teams with client expectations.
You will be responsible for:
-Manage cost control processes
-Sustain growth across multiple teams through coordination of team leads and production support
-Manage and improve service management metrics and best practices
-Provide support for Sales in relation to existing and new business
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree (localization, business, linguistics, or with equivalent experience)
-Solid in-depth knowledge of internationalization and localization
Experience:
-2 years of experience directly related to project management (preferably in the localization industry) or masters degree preferred
Skills:
-Advanced/Proficient Level of English
-Fluency in other languages
Soft Skills:
-Excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills
-Focused on goals and the overall team and company objectives
-Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
-Professional and customer service oriented, with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations
