As a Client Success Advisor you will provide support to the clients of the company.

Depending on the project you will have different responsibilities:

TOURISM SECTOR:

- Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
- Advising customers on the services we provide on the phone or by email
- Managing the reservations back-office (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
- Post-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
- Handling and management the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)

CONSUMER GOODS:

- Offering information, solutions and counselling to customers regarding the company’s services
- Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
- Compliance with company regulations for Data Protection and Information Security
- Maintaining positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact
- Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications

- Fluent or native in German (min C1) with a good command of English (B2)
- Advanced IT skills (MS Office Package, Email Social Media)

Experience

- Experience in customer contact is a plus

Other:

- For non-EU applicants it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit
