The company is a multinational providing IT services to different markets and working directly with other companies within the IT sector.
Your main tasks will be:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails.
- Troubleshooting the IT issues users are facing.
- Getting to the root of problems and decide which you can solve remotely and which you need to escalate to other areas of support.
- Understanding the end user’s business challenges.
- Being part of a team.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Experience in IT or technical support is a plus.
Skills:
- Very independent worker.
- Communication skills.
- Team player.
- Motivated to learn.
- Dynamism, good presentation and motivation.
- Customer oriented person.
Other:
- Availability to start immediately.
- Salary: 18.309 € gross/year.
