Clearly it’s important to build a workplace that’s positive, growth-oriented and challenging in the right ways. However, that is always easier said than done. So what exactly are the best places to work doing right according to glassdoor?

1. Bain & Company

Bain & Company is one of the world's leading management consulting firms. It was founded in 1973 on the principle that consultants must measure their success in terms of their clients' financial results. The company has been in the top 5 of the Best place to work over the last 5 years. Most of the employees say that what they like most is the collaborative and supportive environment.

2. Facebook

Facebook is the world's largest social network. The Harvard student Marc Zuckerberg founded it back in 2004. The company has been in the top 15 of the Best place to work over the last 5 years.
Facebook has set the bar high, offering gourmet food courts, an open climbing wall, on-site doctors and chiropractors, bikes to commute around campus, and four months of paid parental leave (plus $4,000 in baby cash).

3. Boston Consulting Group

The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a global management consulting firm and the world's leading advisor on business strategy. Founded in 1963, it has been in the top 10 Best place to work over the last 5 years. The employees say they are proud to tell others that they work at BCG and that is no surprise. 5. World Wide Technology
WWT is an award-winning technology integrator and supply chain solutions provider. The company was founded in 1990 and currently has 3,744 employees. 6. Fast Enterprises
Fast Enterprise is an industry leader in the development and installation of software for government agencies, founded in 1997. 7. In-N-Out Burger
At In-N-Out Burger, quality is everything. This American fast food chain was founded in California in 1948. It is not every day that a fast food chain is recognized for being a great place to work. The employees extoll its "great pay rates" and "fantastic hours."

8. LinkedIn
LinkedIn is a social media channel founded in 2013 and is mainly used for professional networking. LinkedIn’s company culture is something that differentiates them as an employer. The company has on site gyms, healthcare benefits, pretty generous holidays and probably the coolest offices.

9. Adobe
Adobe Systems Incorporated is an American multinational computer software company. Adobe was founded in 1982 and it´s best known for its software Photoshop. Even from the website, you can see that Adobe is very people oriented company. Over the past year, Adobe has invested heavily in developing its internship program and integrating returning mothers.

10. Power Home Remodeling
Power Home Remodeling provides services predominantly related to energy and cost-saving exterior remodeling products. Power employees have "great pride" in the company and feel they have "great bosses," while 100% say that Power offers "great challenges" — an important motivator for the millennial generation.
