ATM Specialist with Fluent English

As a ATM Specialist, you will act as a technical expert and advisor.
You will be responsible for:
- Contribute to Handle remote support ATM's clients;
- Providing a reactive and proactive service to customers;
- Assisting the complaints team to resolve issues.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Fluent in English written and spoken;
- Relevant experience in IT solution and/or service consulting or similar area;
- Minimum 5 years of support to ATMs;
- Very experienced technically in ATM´s knowledge, mainly Diebold and some knowledge of NCR(brand);
- Contract with the company;
- Competitive salary;
