Digital Audience Lead


Location: Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona, Spain

Function

This position will lead the transformation of our client’s Audience Management for Programmatic
Buying approach and develop the am to min-house competency and teanage this as an
end-to-end solution. The incumbent will lead the global search and RFP for finding the right
DMP solution, lead the implementation, carry out DMP use cases and build a Digital Audience
Management culture.

Major tasks and responsibilities:

-Lead the cross-divisional global search for a DMP software

-Establish governance, framework, methodology and practices to execute the Audience
Management strategy

-Develop the strategic direction of the programmatic buying initiatives

-Drive programmatic implementation of audience management approaches

-Lead the development of a concept for tagging rules on programmatic buying further
extending the Digital Analytics Tagging concept

-Develop concepts for customer journey and audience scenario management to be used for
future programmatic and personalization engagements

-Develop concepts for using customer data to develop segments used to target and optimize
marketing campaigns

-Drives value by using measures of impact of various marketing efforts on marketing,
merchandising, revenue and LTV

-Ensures the solution has a bi-directional integration between Google Analytics and DMP
and Programmatic Buying platform


Requirements

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:

-University degree in Information technology, marketing science or equivalent.
-7 year's experience incluiding 5 year's experience of in digital marketing/advertising space in a quantitative business environments
-Fluent English is a must

Experience:

-Deep experience on at least one major technologiy DMP platform such as SF.com, DoubleClick, Adobe Audience Manager, Lotame or similar
-Several years of working experience in the field of digital analytics with a focus on
programmatic buying
-Deep knowledge of digital marketing processes and the IT tools that support them

Soft Skills:

-highly qualified, innovative and accurate candidate. The candidate should be a self-starter and capable to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
