Your tasks and responsabilities:
-Drive Multi-Channel Brand Reporting in Pharmaceuticals to foster business growth and investment optimization
-Consult business stakeholders in Marketing and Sales functions on how tu build competitive advantage throug innovate visualization of the performance of all available marketing channels
Major task and responsabilities of position:
-Lead the development of cutting-edge Multi-Channel Reporting Solutions for Pharmaceuticals in major markets
-Understand current business drivers and strategies; translate external developments into strategic areas of expertise for Pharmaceuticals and BIAC
-Stay up-to-date of technical and market trends and actively conceptualize and drive innovate solutions to keep our business competitive
-Enable continuous improvement of business processes by utilization of cutting-edge BIAC
solutions in close contact with stakeholders and users.
-Deep dive into existing business data as required to solve business inquiries and drive insight generation from data.
-Align business requirements within a global team of stakeholders and coordinate the development of solution design, data model adjustments, data source changes as well as the integration of new channels by external partners.
-Drive a global user community to enable knowledge sharing across organizational boundaries.
We are looking for a highly qualified, innovative and accurate candidate. The candidate should be a self-starter and capable to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
-Bachelor's degree with concentrations in informations technology or other related field
-High level of English is a must
-At least 5 years experience in project management and consulting, ideally in IT and/or a commercial business function
-Good knowledge of marketing and sales processes and data generated herein
- Strong capabilities in data visualization for market insights
- Strong sense of ownership for contributing to the achievement of business objectives by
leveraging IT capabilities
- Leadership skills with peers without formal reporting lines as well as managing external suppliers
- Interpersonal and communication skills, active listening, consulting, challenging
- Customer and business orientation
