SAP Authorization Junior Support

Location: Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona, Spain

Department: IT & E-Commerce

Our client is a multinational company specialized in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector. The company has revenue of more than €40 billion with over 100.000 employees worldwide. This role is for the Barcelona office where many different nationalities are present.


As a SAP Support Authorizations, you will be working in the Authorization Risk Compliance Management department in Barcelona

You will be responsible for:

-Dispatching and first-level support tasks related to the área of Authorization Risk and Compliance Management, Improving the current workflows.
-Create, analyze and improve the current monitoring reports related to the Authorization Risk
and Compliance Management area.
-Active participation in the creation of new Authorization Risk and Compliance Management
according to the needs of the GRC project.
-Understanding and enforcement of the Security Guidelines 1775 and 2059.
-Risk analysis management.
-Fluent communication with the business and provide support / expertise when needed
-Enhancing the service portfolio of the IT HUB Barcelona by having an active participation in
the project of transferring the Authorization Risk and Compliance Management controls to
Barcelona as a managed service.
-Special support during special deadlines.


We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Knowledge / experiences:

-1-2 years experience in a similar possition
-University or commercial degree in economics; preferably in information systems or comparable education.
-Master degree in SAP – FI-CO or Authorizations will be a plus.
-Functional experience about SAP processes (in one of several of the following modules – FI,
CO, SD, MM, PP and Procurement) will also be a plus.
-GRC knowledge will be a plus.
-Good English language skills. German will be a plus.
-Advanced Excel skills, especially in dealing with macros.


-Ability to work in complex environments.
-Flexibility as well as the ability to work under pressure.
-Strong analytical capabilities and reliability ICS Internal Control System
-Structured and methodical problem solving attitude.
-Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset, especially in dealing with business customers.
