As a Senior IT Support and SQL Expert you will manage an international professional reporting directly to the IT Manager.
Major tasks and responsibilities:
-Perform application service tasks (operation&support) for a Document Management Workflow System in the field of Vendom Invoice Management and act as a Center of Expertise including emergency operation.
-Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided by external and internal providers.
-Create and maintain service operation concept, guidelines and regulations.
-Take over new releases and changes into operation and support.
-Manage application operation projects as well as configuration projects.
We are looking for a highly qualified, innovative and accurate candidate. The candidate should be able to work within a global team of colleagues with business background to deliver solutions based on the requirements from our internal clients.
-University degree in Information technology or equivalent
-Knowledge in database technologies, relational data model concept and SQL
-Server platform Linux and Windows Knowledge
-Interface and data format knowledge: SOAP, EDI, XML
-Web Server Technologies knowledge: HTML, IIS, Apache
-Strong communications skills
-Availability for moderate travel requeriments
