Associate Director of E-Commerce

CanvasPeople is an american E-commerce based in California and New York. They are lovers of photography and home décor and figured it would be a great idea to combine them. Fast forward several years and they have become a quality source for photo canvases and other personalized products.
As a Associate Director of E-commerce your objective will be lead the launch of our new location in Barcelona.
You will be responsible for:
-Collaborate with executive management and regional partners in setting and driving organizational vision
-Develop strategies and accompanying tactics to create a unique and effective brand that consumers will buy from again and again
-Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the eCommerce organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test eCommerce initiatives
-Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy
-Lead internal strategy for efficiently acquiring customers through digital channels, especially Social Media and PPC
-Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
-Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content
-Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
-Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively
-Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met for all departments including Marketing, Creative, Site Operations, and Customer Service
-Develop a sound financial plan and set budget and resource priorities for the team to ensure a rapid path to success
-Present business updates and key operating metrics to executive management
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
-3+ years of experience in leadership positions
-3+ years of experience in B2C Ecommerce
-A solid grasp of financial planning, data analysis and measurement of direct response marketing performance
-Must have a passion for being hands-on and involved in detailed day-to-day execution
