Customer Care Agent with a Native level of Turkish

- Moderate the content uploaded by our users to maintain the site´s quality standards
- Provide support to our customers through our different channels.
- Use defined procedures for responding to our customers.
- Report errors and improvements discovered on the website
- Other duties as assigned
- Being able to spot abusive/illegal content
- Being able to manage large - monotonous tasks
- Being able to keep the focus, avoiding putting down legitimate content
- Detailed and methodic
- Good oral and written skills
- Strong internet skills
- Fast learner
To get there, you´ll need:
* Excellent customer service aptitude (1+ years of experience)
* Must: Native Turkish speaker, advanced level of English is obligatory
* High school degree. Desired: Student of one of the following: Social Communication, Psychology, International Relations, Business Administration
* Fulltime work permit

Competitive salary: 10K+800€ bonus
Schedule: 8.00-17.00 weekends
