Customer Service with a Native Level of Italian and High Spanish and English

Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the center of Barcelona.
As a Insurance Assistance Agent, you will be working in the customer service division and reporting to your team lead. Your objective will be to assist the clients in the best possible way.
You will be responsible for:
- Receiving inbound calls from clients
- Helping with problem solving
- Supplying all the necessary information
- Attending the customers’ needs
- Providing excellent customer service
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:
- Native level of Italian and fluent level of Spanish and English
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- Experience in a help-desk position would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Stable professional background

- Shift: Monday to Friday, 08.00-15.30
