Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will be working in the Sales division and reporting to the Sales Director.
You will be responsible for:
-Achieve sales targets and build sales strategy within the market of responsibility focusing on Software, Cloud, and Online services Business companies.
-Work with existing clients to determine their business needs and formulate an ad sales solution, maximizing revenue potential.
-Develop New Business, prospecting, and building revenues from new clients
-Attend industry trade shows and local events to meet clients and develop contacts.
-Evaluate the company inventory opportunities to maximize their monetization and develop proposals around such opportunities.
-Successful candidates will also demonstrate a willingness to take charge and work forcefully to achieve results, despite obstacles.
-Be a key player to introduce global Sales infrastructure, Best Practice, and Methods in the Region.
-Manage the relationship with an Account Manager RSM and Ad Ops to distribute workload and optimize efficiency and revenues from the territory.
-Thrive in an environment that emphasizes teamwork through the development and cooperative relationships, exchanging ideas, and a willingness to resolve all conflicts with quick communication.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Relevant University degree.
-At least 3 years experience in a similar role, with a definite focus on generating business.
-Demonstrated fluency in DFP premium.
-Working knowledge of programmatic platforms (SSPs, Ad Exchanges) such as Rubicon, Pubmatic, Liverail, AdSense or Ad Exchange.
-Strong business acumen, interpersonal and analytical skills.
-A team player who is able to maintain excellent working relationships with clients and internal departments, willingness to work under pressure, and one who puts the needs of the Clients first.
-Passionate about people and passionate about sales.
-Good understanding of technology and contacts within the Online Advertising market.
-Demonstrated ability to sell value of media properties rather than just the program/price.
-Being proactive. Identifying problems and providing solutions, identifying new opportunities that can help the sales department to achieve goals.
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
-Ability to work on own initiative.
