As a Operation Manager, your main function will be to take the responsability for operational business, review process and providing leadership and management for all personal and project related topics.
During your day to day:
- You will ensure that the agreed processes are followed and key performance indicators are met.
- You will manage effectively all critical issues operational management teams may face that could prevent them from delivering expected service.
- You will manage effectively and promote cooperation in the international work environment.
- You will deliver communication to satt in accordance with corporation policies and procedures.
- You will manage and motivate the team.
You are the persona we are looking for if:
- You have an advanced level of English (C1).
- You have 3 years of experience as Operation Manager in Contact Center.
- You have experience managing teams of more than 75 people.
- You have experience participating in the realization of commercial proposals.
- You will have a stable position with a permanent contract.
