First Line Analyst with Excellent Level of Italian
Our client is a leading company in the sector of IT infrastructure services. They have grown a in the latest 5 years and currently they count with more than 500 international employees. They offer services such as IT Customer Support, Logistics, Finance, Reporting.
As a First Line Analyst, you will be working in the IT Service Desk Department.
You will be responsible for:
-Answering support queries via tools, phone and email, keeping daily contact with users calling from all over Europe
- Resolving IT issues of our partners which can occur during the course of office work
- Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool
- Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved an First Level to the competent teams
- Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-You are fluent in Italian and at least intermediate English
-You have an affinity to resolve IT related issues
-You have a good knowledge of MS Office as well as Windows and other operating systems
-You are a good team player
-You have outstanding communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
