Helpdesk Expert (POS, Servers and Printers)

As a Helpdesk Expert, you will acts as a technical expert and advisor.
You will be responsible for:
-Support to POS, PCs, servers, printers;
-Handle remote support to POS, PCs, servers printers to the Nordic market (Sweden and Denmark);
-Handling incoming call and general administrative back-office tasks.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Fluent in English and Danish (mandatory);
- Fluent in Swedish (optional);
- Relevant experience in IT solution and/or service consulting or similar area;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware;
- Contract with the company;
- Competitive salary;
