Technical Services Engineer Expert - Fluent Level of German

As a Technical Services Engineer Expert, you will supporting end users in order to maintain the availability and security of the service.
You will be responsible for:
- Working in a team as a as an established systems/product/security specialist (e.g. detailed knowledge of the configuration of interlinked systems, implementing technical changes, building software regimes and contributing technically to service development) to support end users;
- Recognizing opportunities to improve performance against Service Level.
- Acting as a point of escalation for other team members to resolve service delivery issues;
- Monitoring performance through statistical reporting and analysis
- Establishing working relationships with customer's organization to deliver and enhance the service
- Training and coaching members of the team
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Fluent Level of German (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sector
- Linux / Unix
- Microsoft products, operating systems, and databases
- Server deployment, security, evaluate and modifying system's performance
- Incident Controlling
- ITSM Reporting
- A team player
- Strong communication skills
