During your day to day:
-You will develop administrative tasks related to commercial management
-You will manage the process of orders so that they reach the customer in time and form, resolving any incidents that may arise.
-You will interact with customers and sales representatives and coordinate final responses.
-You will act proactively in processes and provide suggestions and ideas for continuous improvement.
You are the person we are looking for if:
-You have a previous experience working in Customer Service or in a Service Center is highly valued
-You have a Strong communication and customer management skills
-You have Knowledge of SAP SD or similar ERP system is valuable
-You have an high level of English and Italian
