Retail Regional Manager With a Native Level of French

Our client is an international group in the Fashion sector.


Function

Mission:
Achieving the sales targets of the Points of Sale within their region, with
responsibility over the operations, teams, visual merchandising in Full
Price stores and Outlets.

Functions:
- Drive the business and implement actions directed at achieving the stores’ budget (P&L Analysis, budgets, deviations…)
- Ensure the right level of customer service and brand image is provided in
the stores
- Effectively implement VM guidelines in the stores and adapt to the region in order to maximize impact
- Analyze KPIs and performance reports with a view to recommend initiatives and improvements in store operations
- Work with the product department for the selection of the collections, as well as in season analysis to identify product needs
- Manage stocks and supervise correct replenishment and transfers of
product
- Supervise sale period planning
- Provide product training and presentations of collections to the Store
Managers
- Monitor stock levels, sell through of product and product replenishment
- Guarantee the right image in the stores in terms of maintenance,
cleanliness, image of the staff and presentation of the product
- Analyze furniture distribution and profitability to suggest improvement
proposals
- Lead the set up of Trade Marketing activations and events in the Point of
Sale
- Manage POS implementation and coordinate with the relevant departments to guarantee the correct impact
- Manage, supervise and motivate the team to achieve results
- Provide the correct professional development of the team members by
identifying training needs and organizing workshops and career plans
- Recruit the best candidates in the market and retain the talent within the
tams
- Occasionally provide support to the international department and the
wholesale channel on specific events

Requirements

Min. of 4 years’ experience in stores management
- Knowledge in Retail KPI’s
- Native level of French and advanced level of English
- Customer Service Excellence
- Product knowledge, market trends and competition analysis
- Visual Merchandising Skills
