Where will you work?

At Talent Search People, we are a Human Resources consultancy specialized in connecting talent with leading companies. With more than 15 years of experience, we focus on recruiting professionals across a wide range of specialties. We also provide RPO services to help organizations optimize their talent acquisition processes. Our client is a multinational company with an international presence, committed to innovation, global collaboration, and technological excellence. You will join a highly specialized team and contribute to strategic projects with worldwide impact in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

What will you do?

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer who will act as a technical reference within the global infrastructure team. You will play a key role in resolving complex network issues, driving continuous improvements across the corporate network, and leading strategic networking projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary global L2/L3 escalation authority for complex network incidents, troubleshooting critical issues across LAN, WAN, wireless, and security perimeters.
  • Lead international networking projects, managing technical lifecycles from architecture design to global deployment and operational acceptance.
  • Design, configure, and optimize Cisco Enterprise infrastructure, including Catalyst routing/switching, Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, and enterprise wireless environments.
  • Manage network access control and segmentation policies globally using Cisco ISE (802.1X, MAB, certificate-based authentication, profiling).
  • Define, document, and enforce global network standards, reference architectures, firewall rule lifecycle governance, and operational runbooks.
  • Collaborate daily with international infrastructure, cybersecurity, regional IT teams, and vendors across multiple time zones.
  • Leverage operational analytics, network telemetry, and AI productivity tools (such as Copilot or AIOps) to optimize network performance and automate routine workflows.
  • Drive continuous network modernization initiatives, ensuring site resiliency, zero-trust controls, and high-availability standards without micromanagement.

Who are we looking for?

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent practical enterprise network experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive network engineering experience supporting global or multi-site enterprise environments.
  • Proven background acting as a technical escalation lead and managing multi-threaded international IT projects independently.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Strong production experience with Cisco Enterprise routing & switching (IOS-XE, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, high availability).
  • Mandatory experience deploying and managing Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) for enterprise NAC and 802.1X access control.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN / Viptela architecture, controllers, and routing policies.
  • Experience with network security platforms (Cisco Secure Firewall / FMC) and perimeter firewall migrations.
  • CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Security certification is strongly preferred (CCIE is a plus).
  • Familiarity or interest in leveraging AI productivity tools (Copilot, AIOps) for operational efficiency.
  • Languages & Workstyle
  • Fluent English (C1 level required) for daily technical collaboration with US and global stakeholders across time zones.
  • Professional Working Spanish.
  • High autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, multithreading capability, and clear technical communication.

What we offer?

  • Flexible Working Hours: Flexible start (8:00 AM – 9:30 AM), lunch breaks from 30 min up to 2 hours, and intensive Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
