During your day to day :
- You will respond to phone calls and emails of the clients.
- You will solve inquiries and complaints.
- You will promote and maintain high-quality customer support standards
You are the person we are looking for if:
-You have Native level or fluent level of Dutch and good level of English, written and spoken.
-You have 1 or more years of relevant customer service experience
-You have strong customer service skills, ability to show empathy to clients, ability to retain detailed information, troubleshoot and solve problems, strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening skills.
