Reporting to the director of marketing and product, the director of marketing will be responsible for all aspects of marketing operations.
In your day to day:
o Define the market segmentation and allocate sales effort according to each segment market attractiveness
o Define the marketing plan per market and target
o B2C2B communication strategy
o Marketing automation tool implementation
- Market intelligence
o Regularly assess and analyze market size and Edenred competitive position in the marketplace (competitive metrics)
o Understand the environment in which the company competes, competitors, their advantages and create value for the sales teams through arguments, pitch, objection management, ...
o Targeting efficiency: Market segmentation, audiences profiling, qualification.
- Customer intelligence
o Understand product positioning (commercial offer, customer digital services) through competitive landscape analysis best practices
o Benchmark competitive offers and value propositions, customer journeys / Perform mystery shopping
o Regularly monitor Merchant, User or Client levels of satisfaction (NPS or other metrics) touch points management
- Design and oversee all aspects of our performance
o Management of performance marketing tools.
o Run and measure CPL and CPA campaigns through affiliates and external suppliers.
o Optimize our search. Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, SEA and PPC.
o Build relationships with network suppliers and negotiate best prices.
o Drive marketing technology changes and enhancements to support performance goals.
o Review and drive change in all areas that impact "performance"
o Supervision of the marketing strategy in social networks and content marketing
o Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and managing website conversion of the company.
o Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all Performance marketing.

You have 5 years experience in a similar function experience in B2C marketing and performance agencies
You are graduated in Marketing or business administration.
You have demonstrated:
Strong ability in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies
Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights recommendations.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence and lead others
You have a flexible mindset, are a team player, keen on agile methodologies and have a strong resilience
