Our client is part of a group of companies that offers strategic services in Pharmaceutical Marketing with offices in Paris and also in Barcelona operating since 2002.
During your day to day as a post-sales responsible:
- You will manage the customer complaints in ERP
- You will manage the ticket from opening to closing
- You will collaborate with different departments (logistics, billing and production)
- You will ensure customer satisfaction
You are the person we are looking for if :
- If it is your first experience on the phone
- If you count on good telephone skills
- If you have some knowledge of software such as SAGE and ERP
- If you have some experience in pharmaceuticals and knowledge of OTC (not mandatory)
