You'll be working in a leading European study abroad agency. Who has been organizing
language courses abroad throughout the world since 1996. Their presence is international, with more than 35 sales offices across Europe.
As a Sales Travel Consultant you will:
-Identify customer needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products
-Use product knowledge to identify sales opportunities and match right product to clients’ requirements
-Provide clients with assistance on visa requirements, travel arrangements and regulations, insurances obligations etc.
-Invoice courses, collecting invoices and ensuring receipt of payment
-Assist customers before, during and after their stay
-Deal with complaints and special requests
We are looking for someone who has:
-previous experience in a sales position, ideally in a travel agency.
-interpersonal and communication skills.
-ability to work in an autonomous and organized manner, with a high sense of responsibility.
-native level of Swedish and a very good level of English (at least
level C1), any other language is a bonus.
