Senior Back-End Engineer

We are looking for thoughtful, well-rounded Senior Software Engineers with experience in Python environments, playing a leading role designing and building backend and web features.
You will be required too be comfortable with tackling very loosely defined problems and thrive when working on a team which has autonomy in their day to day decisions and work in a team, ask questions and accept the knowledge gap as you join.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Design, develop and deploy backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team
- Take operational responsibility for the services that are owned by your team, potentially including taking part in an on-call rotation

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have +4years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer or similar role working with large-scale infrastructure systems
- You are fluent in english and/or spanish
- You have experience with Django and Python
- You have strong analytical and problem solving ability.
- You have experience in operating and maintaining production grade software
- You are a great team player.
