Many of the world’s leading organizations use these core competencies to help maximize the value of relationships with their investors, employees, creditors, members, and customers. Our client operate several different types of businesses such as Employee Share Plan Management, Registry Services and Mortgage Administration Services.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to work in our client´s Share Plans business.

We welcome applications from people with experience of working in the employee share plan market or someone working in a product based, Financial Services organization or a consultancy professional looking to move into a new role.

Your target market will be large employers based both in the UK and across Europe.
This role can be based in the UK or Europe.

As the Senior Business Development Manager for EMEA, you will be responsible for identifying and managing business development opportunities for a wide range of products, services, and global solutions within their Employee Share Plans business.

Key Accountabilities:

-You will work closely with the EMEA Business Development Director to research and understand the needs of high-profile prospects located within the UK and Europe area
-You will target, establish, and develop relationships with potential high profile and high value clients, getting under the skin of their business and shaping our client´s solution to meet their goals.
-You will maintain and develop the highest standards of client relations, engagement, and communications.
-You will want to be involved in the share plan community and regularly meet Advisors and industry experts while attending as many conferences, seminars, and networking events as possible.
-You will have full responsibility for effective and profitable pricing proposals
-You will craft and deliver sales plans for high profile targets and clients.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a strong, client focused candidate with significant commercial experience with a solid understanding of Financial concepts, Product Development and Marketing.

Commercially focused with an ability to recognize levers of profitability and how to best deploy these into a new client solution. Able to drive business development, quickly getting up to speed with the very specialized nature of our product and marketplace.

You’ll be working with numerous stakeholders, and resolving conflicting interests when necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the product, therefore a natural aptitude for building and managing relationships.

Presenting at Board level to numerous stakeholders, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
