Our client is a start-up based in Paris and Barcelona
We are looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, hire and engage talent across Tech. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment.
The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
Define and implement a strong recruitment strategy for the Technical team, working closely with 2 colleagues of the HR team and with the CTO
Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the best technical talent either in our Barcelona or Paris offices
End to end management of the Technical recruitment process including research, sourcing, drafting job ads, candidate assessment management
Conduct market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience
Preferred Experience
Experience in sourcing and in-house recruitment, with a proven track record of 3 years+ of experience on tech positions.
Recruitment experience in fast-growthing companies.
Be proactive and find solutions to continuously attract talented candidates on a market which is very specific
Be sufficiently organized and able to work at a fast pace to handle high volume of recruitments
Proficiency using an ATS
Fluent in English
Spanish and/or French is a plus
Full-time permanent contract and competitive salary
