Our client is a multinational Company leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation.
You will be responsible:
- Work with software teams to analyze the needs of stakeholders and work towards technical implementation of product roadmap
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and align the product roadmap to strategic initiatives
- Own the Product backlog
- Work with development team(s) to define program increments to deliver stakeholder and platform needs on a regular basis
- Develop scope and define backlog (epics and user stories) that enable the development teams to deliver value every sprint.
- Evaluate and help solve product-related problems, perform trade-off analysis to stay on track to deliver business value to our stakeholders.
- Participate in agile activities and work with the teams to adopt improvement action plans
- Have a strong understanding of software development practices
- Have experience with software development using object-oriented languages
- Familiarity with REST pattern for APIs
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- A leader of the team.
- Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile practices.
You are the person we are looking for if you:
- Have a university degree, preferably in computer science or equivalent.
- Have minimum 10 years of experience in Software product development.
- Have experience in designing and developing solutions using object-oriented languages and programming interfaces.
- Have prior experience as a Product Owner/Product manager in developing software solutions.
- Have demonstrated experience of playing a leading role in developing complex solutions.
- Have understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks, practices, and theory. SAFe® experience is highly desired.
- Have strong planning, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Have 5+ years of proven competence in delivering successful software products utilizing Agile and DevOps development methodologies in a complex business / technical environment
- Have experience with iterative agile development and continuous software delivery best practices
- Have prior technical experience in design, development, and integration engineering projects
- Have ability to define product roadmaps, Project planning, forecasting reporting to project stakeholders
- Highly proficient in agile tools such as Jira/Rally
- Fluent English.
