The company has opened a pan-European Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona. Apart from the financial transaction functions, this centre also houses all of European accounting and administrative functions.

As a Vendor Master Data Technician you will be accountable for the maintenance of the EMEAI Vendor Master Database, working closely with the local Procurement Buyers, the European PO coordinators team, the EMEAI disbursements team and the Banking Team from the Finance department.

On a daily basis you will:
- You will validate input information to ensure work process compliance
- You will carry out addition of new vendors and liaise with Buyers and Sourcing Specialists in Procurement to resolve queries
-You will update, amend and/or delete vendor details as requested by Buyers, Sourcing Specialists, and the Accounts Payable team
- You will be using the monthly Data Quality reports, perform data quality checks and resulting corrections
- As needed, participate in new development projects and the deployment of changes which impact the SAP vendor master file, (e.g. regulatory changes, introduction of IBAN, new SAP releases, currency changes, tax changes etc.)
- You will report data metrics and handle fleet invoicing

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

- You have Business Education and 2-3 years exposure to a Business/Office Environment, preferably in Supply Chain / Finance function
- You have a Proficient English and Hebrew (other languages are a plus)
- You have MS Office skills and SAP experience (preferably within a MM/FI environment) would be advantageous
- You have Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work within a team
- You have Good attention to detail, positive attitude, with ability to plan and prioritize work
