You will be joining an international leading company in digital services and online presence.

The candidate will assist customers with the company's products and services. He/she will provide experience to our customers, detecting their needs, and quickly and efficiently providing quickly and efficiently with the necessary information. Answer to the requested information concerning: domains, email, hosting, servers and web creation tools.
- Resolve the incidences on the products acquired by our
clients
- Identify the needs of the clients, advise them and

help them to evolve in their sector with our products
- To bring up the incidences that cannot be solved directly
to the 2nd level.

Competences

- Native French
- Good level of English and/or Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service
environment. If not a strong customer orientation

- Strong motivation to establish a relationship with the

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the domain name registration and
management industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to process oral
