You will join a leading healthcare multinational specialised in IVF with offices in Barcelona!
As part of the Accounts Payable and Finance department, you will:
- Be responsible for ensuring and completing the payments to suppliers.
- Be in charge of executing, reviewing and validating various types of invoices - posting invoices.
- Carry out the reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Resolve incidents with suppliers in relation to payments.
- Be in charge of providing support in accounting closings.
- Register, update, and maintain the database.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You speak fluent German (C1), intermediate Spanish and English (B2).
- You have 1 or 2 years experience as an Accounts Payable.
- You have worked in a products company.
