Your mission is to create excitement around services/products and accurately and efficiently resolve emerging issues that customers may face.
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Assist customers across multiple channels (email or phone) in an interactive and friendly manner;
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services;
- Track pending or overdue payments;
- Process and respond to inquiries in a timely manner;
- Ensure satisfaction levels meet customer and company requirements;
- Contribute to creating a brand commitment for our customers.


What we are looking for:
- Native or fluent in French (C2);
- Proficient in English (B2);
- Communicate easily and confidently on social media;
- Enjoy identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions;
- Desire to develop your personal qualities in a professional environment;
- Be proactive, results-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment
