User support through the User Support portal, e-mail and telephone.

- Hardware and software support for PCs
- Hardware and software support for MAC devices
- Support for mobile devices and tablets (iOS and Android)
- Office support (Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
- Installation of new equipment
- Inventory management
- Support for multifunctional printers
- Support for multimedia and videoconferencing devices
- Network connectivity support (switches, APs, Firewall, etc.)
- Unified communications (Teams) support
- Management of user accounts in different systems (Active Directory, SAP, etc.)
- Mailbox management
- First level technical support to some business applications (SAP, DAM, etc.)
- Support to warehouse systems and applications in Lisbon.
- Support to specific warehouse operation devices (e.g. RF devices).

A minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in the following areas is required:

- User support
- Windows 10 and Microsoft office software (Office, etc.)
- Networking and communications
- Unified communications (Teams).
- Android and iOS mobile devices and telephony
- Audiovisuals
- User and mailbox management
- Printers

Non-technical requirements:

- Native Portuguese, fluency in Spanish and B2 level of English
- Responsible and proactive person.
- Customer oriented and polite
- Team player
- Ability to learn and be self-taught
- Problem solving skills
- Autonomy
