As a Customer Service Agent, your main responsibilities will be the following:

- You will deliver the best service to the customer via inbound calls, email and chat;
- You will offer information, solutions and counselling to customers,
- You will maintain positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact.

You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a native level of French
- You have a high level of English (plus)
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- You are a trustworthy and passionate person, able to inspire others and add value showing empathy

- You will have a stable work contract
