We are looking for a Content Reviewer with a High Level of Spanish and a good level of English to join an international outsourcing service provider.
As a Content Reviewer you will be part of a multicultural team, creating and improving online advertisement content for high profile clients who specialise in internet based searching and video sharing platforms.
During your day to day:
- You will navigate and review images, videos, accounts and text-based content;
- You will escalate violations of client policies using internal tools;
- You will maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review;
- You will achieve weekly productivity deliverables as part of daily workflow;
- You will balance priorities of daily workflow tasks in line with client needs;
- You will have the opportunity to participate in client meetings to discuss findings and make ongoing recommendations;
- You may be required from time to time to support different
workflows/products/markets.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English;
- You have professional experience in the online industry and good knowledge of websites and navigation;
- You have professional experience in content writing or data entry is a plus;
- You o deliver high quality results while paying strict attention to detail;
- You have high analytical and organisational skills;
- You are a problem solver and a quick decision maker.
