You will join a B2B Marketing Agency that works with the biggest IT companies in the world. We identify technological opportunities to improve within companies and match them with the best IT solution providers. The global, dynamic and dedicated team is the engine behind the customers' growth.
As a Business Developer you will be in charge of:
- Identify sales-ready leads via phone, outbound prospecting and social selling through LinkedIn in your assigned market.
- Apply strategic reasoning to prioritize the list of target accounts to contact by leveraging the insights from our CRM system and based on the IT solution offered.
- Manage the sales cycle of each prospect in our CRM keeping the information updated and providing accurate reports.
- Work closely with our Account Management team to ensure our clients achieve their business goals.
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- University degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in inside sales/business development.
- Experience working on the phone and LinkedIn to connect with new businesses.
- Perseverance skills and motivation.
- Native level of Norwegian.
It would be outstanding should you have:
- 1 years of experience in sales of IT solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English communications.
- Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding strategic targets.
- Demonstrated understanding of the tech industry.
- Independent self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive technical solutions to prospective clients.
