As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide support to the online store of our client. Your main responsibility will be to help customers over phone, email and chat with any inquiries that they might have about product features, orders, payment and delivery. Our client has one of the best customer service levels in the world offering you to be part of one of the biggest and fastest growing customer service partners in the world.
- Complete Dutch fluency on a native level and advanced level of English is mandatory
- Speaking another language (German or French) is a plus
- Availability to start training on the 17th of May
- Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles
- Passion for community management and digital affinity
- Excellent communication- and interpersonal skill
