Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector for home appliances.

As part of the Dutch Customer service department your main tasks will be the following:

- You will be answering inbound calls in Dutch and assisting the consumers with their questions and queries.
- You will be answering emails from customers who need assistance with regards to the insurance coverage conditions or with the products they purchased.
- We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and the conditions, plus follow-up the ongoing processes with the customers.

- Dutch Native + good to have other European languages
- Experience in Telesales / Telemarketing or Customer service environment

• The agent should have strong customer service skills, be used to working with customers over the phone. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.

- Salary of 20K gross per year plus bonus based on objectives.
- 100% remote position, you will receive a laptop and you will have the flexibility to work fully from home, everywhere in Spain.
