Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector for home appliances.
As part of the French Telesales department your main tasks will be the following:
-You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers.
-Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.
- Capture all the details and confirm the registration once it’s done. We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- Native level of French
- At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment
- Strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
- Salary of 20K gross per year plus monthly bonus based on your results
- 100% remote position, you will receive a laptop and you will have the flexibility to work fully from home, anywhere in Spain
